Halo Water Proofing has been the trusted call for Basement Waterproofing across Modena because we answer the phone, show up when we say, and stand behind the work.
Free, no-obligation estimates · Real warranties
We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Modena technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
Our Modena crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.

Odor is often the very first clue Modena homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
A Modena sump pump that never rests is usually undersized or nearing the end of its life.
A wall that's starting to bow is a structural issue on top of a water issue — this jumps to the front of our Modena schedule.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
Whatever's going on with your Modena property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
A flooded Modena basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews get it out and start drying the space the same visit.
Get Emergency Help →We seal active Modena foundation cracks with polyurethane injection — stopping the leak at its source instead of patching the surface.
Ask About Crack Repair →Already have a pump that's struggling? We'll test it honestly and tell you whether it needs replacing or just a tune-up.
Book a Pump Check →An interior drain tile system routes water to a sump pump before it reaches your Modena basement floor at all.
Talk Drainage Options →Musty smell upstairs with no obvious source? Check the crawl space first — it's usually the culprit.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We can phase larger Modena commercial projects around business hours or tenant schedules so operations keep running.

You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
No verbal number that quietly grows once the truck pulls up — the written quote is the final word.
Our crew completes the repair, cleans up, and walks you through the warranty on what was installed.
We've heard every Modena horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
There's no verbal quote that grows once the crew shows up — the written estimate is final.
Our crews stage locally near Modena, which is why most emergency calls get a technician on-site in under two hours.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
Our technicians are trained to diagnose accurately, not to upsell — that changes the advice you actually get.
We can supply the documentation most carriers ask for before approving a Modena claim.
Word of mouth is still how most Modena customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Woke up to a wet basement and had someone out by mid-morning. No pressure, no upsell, just fixed it."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"Expected a huge bill for three cracks, only one actually needed injection. Appreciated the honesty."
"Insurance claim was stressful until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Approved within a week."
"Sump pump inspection was thorough and they didn't try to sell me a new one when mine just needed a part replaced."
Every Modena technician we send is background-checked and trained on the systems we install, so the crew that inspects your property is the same one that fixes it.
